New Soccer Complex in Cambridge
Happy to join the City of Cambridge in unveiling the new Soccer Complex at 880 Linden Drive! After many years of construction and hard work, yesterday’s grand opening has brought a great hub to our community where families, friends, and teams from across Cambridge can experience the love of the game, together.
 
Marking the end of Hajj
It was a pleasure joining the Islamic Centre of Cambridge in celebrating Eid al-Adha as they mark the end of the Hajj. This day serves as an opportunity to reflect on lessons of sacrifice, compassion, and helping those in need.
 
Elder Abuse Awareness
I was proud to join the Elder Abuse Prevention Council and Langs Community for an informative event centred around local resources & services that support seniors’ safety, well-being and inclusion in Cambridge. I’d like to thank everyone involved for their steadfast work to support the health of our community, and ensure older Canadians have the dignity and care they deserve.
 
Neighborhood Days 2024
Busy weekend as Fiddlesticks Community Centre & Greenway Chaplin Community Centre hosted their amazing Neighbourhood Days! There were lots of fun activities for families and friends, and it was a wonderful opportunity to get out and connect with constituents. I hope to see everyone at lots of events in Cambridge throughout the summer!
Decoration Day 2024
On Decoration Day, communities across Canada recognize our veterans & military heroes - from those who served long before the First World War, to those who continue to serve today. 🇨🇦
Always an honour to attend the Preston Legion’s Decoration Day Service to commemorate our veterans’ courage, dedication, and bravery.

Portugal Day 2024

I attended a post-parade community lunch featuring traditional Portuguese dishes, offered by local organizations and families. Great engaging with our community in celebration of Portuguese Heritage!
